  • This certified product-version may require one-time costs to establish interfaces for reporting to immunization registries (170.314.f.2). Ongoing support for these clinical information exchanges require additional monthly maintenance costs which is a flat fee per provider.
  • Implementation of custom Lab Interfaces incur development and implementation fees which would be a flat fee per practice (170.314.b.5).

The Mandatory Disclosure statement of Costs and Limitations

FiEHR current charges include a one-time implementation and training fee and an ongoing flat-rate monthly maintenance fee for FiEHR per provider. All the certified items are included in the monthly maintenance fee except for the items described below:

  • This certified product-version may require an ongoing flat-rate monthly fee to host the online patient portal service (170.314.e.1) which allows patients to view their health information online as well as download and transmit a summary of their healthcare information to a third party electronically.
